One of my passions is researching and practicing the application of sound, music and vibration to reduce stress, pain, and to support your well being. I received my sound healing and therapy certification in 2013, and I'd love to share info on how you can do some simple things each day to reduce stress and get your energy flowing. I will make my weighted tuning forks available at our meeting so you can experience how they can relieve muscle tension that most of us carry in our shoulders.

If you need pruning sheers, scythe blades, shredder blades, or most other metal blades sharpened, I can probably help! Let me know what kind of blade it is and I'll let you know if I could help. I may not be able to sharpen a blade if it's too damaged, but I'll need to see it to know for sure.
