A support network that uses time as a currency of exchange between those who live, work, study, volunteer or access community groups or services in the wards of Arthur's Hill, Elswick and Wingrove.

Following the closure of the Time Exchange in 2022, local enthusiasts were keen to bring timebanking back to the Toon! Fast forward to 2025, they made it happen but this time enabling young people to also get involved and benefit from what timebanking has to offer: exchaging time, skills and kindness to get to know, support and learn from your neighbours. 

Our new job share coordinators Don and Tina are both experienced and qualified community and youth workers, who have been active in the West End of Newcastle for decades and are passionate about using their knowledge and skills to help communities make the most of what timebanking has to offer
