Established in 2010 with Arts Council England funding to research informal exchange cultures, Leeds Creative Timebank has been a robust operational model which functions to extend the social economy for the arts sector in the city. The Timebank strengthens the local creative network by introducing people into new and varied relationships while individuals and organisations benefit by being able to:
