All time bank members have come together to swap time to count towards the 7 million hours target!

If you have joined this national time bank but cannot find anyone locally to you for time swaps, I would love to give you some help in getting a small group together to do some neighbourhood/street timebanking. We can send you everything you need to set up a micro-time bank!

These 50 hours are a gift from young men at Aylesbury Youth Offenders Institute. They have been earned supporting other prisoners who are in need of a kind ear to listen to them. If you would like to use the hours, or know someone in need, just let me know how many hours you would like and we will do the exchange so that you are credited with those hours. Please let us know the story about how they are used. It makes the prisoners really happy!

I am the proud owner of an air fryer but have failed to work out how to bake cakes in it. Facebook is rubbish as every recipe is simply a way to use a standard oven! Any ideas?
